Villa d’Olne is equipped with 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bath/shower rooms, a living room, a big dining room, a fully equipped open kitchen, a garage, a laundry room and a beautiful 40m² swimming pool with a panoramic view over the ocean and the park.
Villa d’Olne offers state of the art comfort: air-conditioned bedrooms, electrical reversers, dual voltage 100/200v, an American stainless steel fridge with ice distributor, an oven, 5 vitroceramic hobs, a microwave, big storage units, TV, DVD & Dvix player, Hi-Fi, Wi-Fi internet connection (on demand), and easy disabled access.
Caretaking, cleaning/bedding service, swimming pool and garden maintenance, is all included.
The private garden surrounding the villa is environmentally friendly. Infrastructures are respectful of the century old trees in the park; access roads meander around magnificent trees such as mango-trees, orange-trees, etc… To access this peace haven, we highly recommended hiring a car.
Villa d’Olne has been specifically conceived to welcome people with lower mobility. A slight slope leads to the main entrance. 3 of the 4 suites are on the same level as the entrance. The only stairs in the villa lead to the master suite on the first floor and to the laundry room.
Price in low season is 1500 US$ per week, in high season 1600 US$ per week and during holidays (Christmas, New Year, Easter week) 1700$ per week.
