The Architect Andreas Noriega Fedelli:

Mr Fedelli is our ‘in-house’ architect for the development of building projects.
He is Chilean and graduated from ‘Pontific Catholic University of Chile’ in 1992 with a degree in Architecture. He has an impressive portfolio and has been working in the Dominican Republic for the past five years.
He has studied and travelled to various countries such as Canada, Brazil, Peru and Bolivia. This has given him an insight into different cultures, design concepts and architectural designs which he incorporates into his work.

The Gaia Nightclub was a complicated project which had to bring together a pleasing and inviting edifice and interior, as well as conforming to building regulations and taking into account the types of materials readily available. The open-top terrace of Gaia was designed to maximise clients’ visual experiences - both in layout and panoramic views. Internally, there are 3 different levels, each designed to maximise client choice of music-style as well as offering comfort and stylish surroundings.

The Surveyors:

The surveyor involved will depend on the type of project you have in mind...  Due to modern laws, all properties now have to be surveyed and a full ‘title’ and ‘deslinde’ obtained.  Our in-house surveyors ensure that this is finalised in the least possible time.

The Lawyers:
