Ocean Breeze is an upscale gated real estate community of 45 luxury villas situated at Las Terrenas on the Samana peninsula, a province of the Dominican Republic. The Ocean Breeze real estate development covers 60 acres, which is in turn, situated in a 345 acre private park. Many of the lots have spectacular views over the ocean whilst others are set in luxuriant tropical gardens. All villas have private pools and are on lots of between 0.7.of an acre and 1.7acres.

Ocean Breeze is situated only 6 minutes from Las Terrenas on the beach road, close to the local airport and 600 yards from the beach. Lots are proposed, for sale, in three categories:

  • Tropical Garden
  • Forest

The villas have been designed to blend into each lot and environmental situation using materials chosen for their durability and suitability for the Caribbean region. All aspects of our constructions are based on international hurricane and earthquake standards and are the result of many years experience of building luxury properties in the Caribbean.

Several size options are available starting with two bedrooms of approximately 3,350sq feet and moving up to four bedrooms or more with a floor surface of 6,000 plus sq feet. You can also have your villa custom designed within the communities design limits.
