Many
of the lots have spectacular views over the ocean whilst others are
set in luxuriant tropical gardens. All villas have private pools and
are on lots of between ½ an acre and 1 ¾ acres.
Ocean
Breeze is only 6 minutes from Las Terrenas on the newly finished beach
road, 3 minutes from the local airport (no airport noise) and 600yards
from the beach.

The
villas have been designed to blend into each lot and environmental
situation using materials which have been chosen for their durability
and suitability for the Caribbean region. All aspects of our construction
are based on international hurricane and earthquake standards and
are the result of many years experience of building luxury properties
in the Caribbean.
Several
size options are available, in all three villa types, starting with
two bedrooms (approximately 2100sq feet) and moving up to four bedrooms
with a floor surface of 3100sq feet.
Construction
of the first houses will be starting in early 2005 and the infrastructure
and services are currently underway.
