Our architects have prepared two basic floor plans. One based on a large living space incorporating the sitting, dining and kitchen areas and one slightly more classic where these areas are separated.

After selection of your lot and base floor plan, our architects will submit their suggested layout taking into account the shape and exposure of the lot that you have chosen.

We can, of course, incorporate at this stage requests for additional bedrooms or other small changes.

The character and external look of each house will be designed according to clients´ taste from a choice of the following:-

a) Classic Caribbean (Tiled or shingle roof, brick and tropical wood)

b) Colonial Caribbean (Shingle or metal roof, white wood and typical wood and metal detail)

c) Polynesian Caribbean ( Thatched exterior roof with rendering and tropical wood)

As you can see by the three versions of villa "Santiago" each house is individual, especially when taking into account the changes necessary for each lot.
