This area, La Barbacoa, has seen recent interest and development by some of this areas biggest investors and best developers.
Parques Las Terrenas is a natural park area developed and owned by Michel Bizet, a French founding father of the area. The Parque has over 1,500,000 sq. mts., over 370 acres of rolling luscious hills with stunning ocean views, tropical gardens, and developments. Investment Opportunities in Parques Las TerrenasAfter years of hard work, land development, and sales, the owner of the project, Michel Bizet is ready to sell. As you can see on the map, there is an area called the Ranch Club and the Cultural Zone and also a large existing office building. This area covers about 5 acres of land. The ranch club can be kept with horses which will be available for home owners to use and tour the grounds by horse back.
